Individual Nutrition Therapy Sessions

In individual nutrition therapy sessions, we will work together 1:1 toward developing a personalized nutrition plan based on your dietary goals and preferences. We will also discuss strategies for making sustainable lifestyle changes, such as managing stress and eating intuitively. Additionally, we will review your current eating habits and identify areas that YOU would like to improve, as well as address any specific health concerns or medical conditions that may impact your nutritional needs.

Intuitive Eating Workshop

Where you can join a group of people working towards defining what intuitive eating means to them. In this group we will explore topics such as mindful eating, body image, and the impact of diet culture on our perceptions of health and beauty. You may also learn practical strategies for making food choices based on your own unique needs and preferences, rather than external rules or restrictions. With the guidance of a trained facilitator, you'll have the opportunity to ask questions, share your experiences, and connect with others who are on a similar path toward greater self-awareness and well-being.

Peas in a PODCast

This podcast will focus on dismantling the harm inflicted by diet culture and provide guidance on navigating these injustices in daily life.
