About
Hi there! My name is Haley, and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). My mission and passion in life is to help people develop a stronger and more sustainable relationship with food and body image.
I am a compassionate advocate who combines my knowledge of nutrition science and mental health with a desire to help others. I believe in creating a supportive and safe environment where clients feel heard, respected, and appreciated. My approach is based on the principles of Health at Every Size (HAES) and All Foods Fit, which provide comprehensive and evidence-based care for everyone. If you are looking for a dedicated and compassionate dietitian who can help you achieve your goals, I am here to support you every step of the way!
My
Story
After completing my Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science at Central Washington University, I found my passion for helping individuals struggling with disordered eating. This led me to pursue further education at Louisiana Tech University and complete my dietetic internship. I then returned to Washington State and was delighted to start working at an eating disorder facility. My time there only reaffirmed my commitment and passion for empowering individuals to improve their relationship with food and body image. With my passion and experience, I am excited to open the virtual doors to my own private practice, where I aim to challenge and reshape societal perspectives on food and body image.
My Philosophy
In the grand tapestry of life, I believe that true joy emerges when we liberate ourselves from the burden of changing our bodies and counting calories.
Embracing a philosophy of self-acceptance and mindful living, I advocate for a holistic approach to well-being, where the focus shifts from external measures to cultivating a nourishing and neutral relationship with ourselves.
